7 Khoon Maaf: Susanna & Her Seven Husbands

Bollywood has been experimenting with movies, scripts, characters and actors for quite some time. For avid cine goers, this is another experiment from the director of dark comedies Vishal Bharadwaj.

The movie “Saat Khoon Maaf”, is based on a short story by Ruskin Bond titled “Susanna and her seven husbands”. Susanna is played by his muse Priyanka Chopra.

Susanna Marie Jones doesn’t really want anything in life, except a man who really loves her. And to add to her troubles, she loves to marry good looking men.

But none of these men actually give her what she wants. Every time, she gets hitched to the wrong husband. Her husbands include men who love two timing her, beating her, junkies, murderers, sadists and of course sex-hungry beasts.

So, most women would be able to empathize with this murderous who is simply trying to correct her mistakes every time.

The director takes us through a mind-boggling journey which allows us to experience Susanna’s turmoil and grief as she keeps trying to give a second chance to love right from the age 20 to 65.

She is hopeful that she will finally find someone who will love her, but she ends up being disappointed all the time and eventually ends the guy’s life in a number of innovative ways!

The story is narrated by Arun Kumar played by Vivaan Shah, who loves Susanna. Besides Arun, Susanna has a bevy of servants who help her to plot all these murders including a butler and Maggie Aunty.

Her husbands are played by seasoned actors like Naseeruddin Shah, his son Vivaan Shah, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Irfan Khan, John Abraham, Annu Kapoor and Aleksandr Dyachenko. All the actors are great in their parts, but Vivaan Shah is particularly good. The music is quite apt and the movie delivers on its promises.

Priyanka Chopra Heads Out To Defend John Abraham

As the release date of a film starts approaching, the film all of a sudden seems to be fighting out with many rumors.

Vishal Bhardwaj’s film, “7 Khoon Maaf” too is facing a similar flex. The film is all set to release next week. Ever since we heard of this film’s announcement, nothing negative was spread about it.

The film’s production went on smoothly and despite being a star studded film, we even never get to hear about any cat fight.

But a couple of days back, sources informed us that out of the seven male stars, John Abraham has declared not to promote the film. It was reported that John, who plays one of Priyanka Chopra’s on-screen husbands in the film, wanted to be treated differently from the rest, owing to his star factor.

All were criticizing John for behaving so unprofessionally. However, the whole of this story has taken a new turn as the lead actress of the film; Priyanka Chopra has come out in favor of John.

Her act of defense may be because of the “Dostana” she shares with John or may be Priyanka Chopra wants to support the upright!.

Well, shocking everyone, PC said that John and all other male leads of the film were never supposed to be a part of film’s promotion at the first place. She cleared the fact that the film was mainly based on Sussana, so it was all revolving around her only.

As per Priyanka Chopra, "I have read the news about John not being part of promotions for “7 Khoon Maaf”. But, the fact is that he was never supposed to be promoting the film as Vishal sir had already made up his mind to keep the male star cast away from promotional activities.

Now, reading about controversies surrounding this makes no point when the fact is something else."

She has shunned all such rumors about John being selfish and has declared that John has never tried to show off tantrums.

Kareena Kapoor: Actress Kareena Moved By Her Fun

Moved by his affection, she not only called him on stage but was also seen interacting with him. The boy was indeed very happy with this chit chat session and was certainly on cloud nine.

This meeting was not only special for the fan but came as a pleasant memory for Bebo too. Before bidding a farewell to his ideal star, the boy presented Kareena a portrait of hers, which he had made on cloth.

And leaving the beauty awestruck, he even declared it publicly that Kareena Kapoor is like an angel for him. Kareena was highly moved by this love gesture and she said that she feels blessed to have such a loving fan base.

Police said the blue film was made by university students. Purpose of making it to earn money but the public has been aimed at non-fulfillment. On receiving the news stirred.

Delhi Police in the crime is likely to be involved in a pornography racket. Blue film characters include campus living and a hostel are believed to Aviharthy School of Language.

Police is now investigating the case. The accused are yet to come to Delhi Police.

Ajay Devgan Planning: Actress Ajay Planning on For His Next Venture

Indian Bollywood Star Ajay Devgan has always been a very serious actor since the start of his career. But when he came up with his directorial debut U Me Aur Hum, people got to see a new side of his persona.

All applauded his work as a script writer, as a director and also as an actor in this film. After receiving lots of rewards for his excellent work in 2010, the actor is now moving on with his next venture.

Actress Ajay Devgan is ready with his second script, though he has not even decided the name of the film yet, but he is very optimistic about the film.

Right now his plate is full with multiple assignments that include Priyadarshan’s “Tez” a “Singham” re-make produced by Ekta Kapoor, and Rohit’s “Bol Bachan”.

Ajay Devgan says, “Once I’ve wrapped up all these films, I’ll figure out when I can take an eight-month break to direct my movie. Juggling between them isn’t an option. I won’t compromise on any project, irrespective of whether it’s my own production or someone else’s.”

Replying on the question, whether his lovely wife will act in his film or not, he says that he has not decided the crew yet. But as far as his wife Kajol is concerned, she is busy taking care of her four-month old son Yug.

But, with a smile Ajay admits, “If there’s something worthwhile for Kajol and our son is old enough for her to step out, she’ll be a part of the film”. We have no doubts on your acting prowess Ajay and we hope that this time your directorial venture would also prove a bankable one.

Shahrukh Khan Wields His Magic : Shahrukh Khan, Kareena Kapoo, Priyanka Chopra

If you need to meet a diplomatic, suave and one of the most tactful guys in the Hindi Film Industry, then you should go and meet Shahrukh Khan.

The guy is polished, charming and a smooth talker who can dispel the most heated arguments and fights; well we said most of them, not all.

Shahrukh Khan had to play the peacemaker between the two cats of Bollywood; Priyanka Chopra and Kareena Kapoor. Of course, we know both of these beautiful actresses are not exactly fond of each other.
